FAAN restores power at Lagos airport, apologises to passengers

The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN), said it engineers have worked to restore power which was interrupted at the  at the public concourse of the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos.


Henrietta Yakubu, FAAN spokesperson said the engineers swung in to action as soon as the incident occurred, adding that ‘normalcy has been restored at affected areas’.


“While assuring airport users of safety and security at our airports, FAAN wishes to apologise to passengers, airlines and the general public for the inconvenience caused by this interruption”, she added.
