For those who want to earn a post-graduate degree in business management, Aviation, and Corporate Governance, securing a few hours with Barr. Allen Onyema will not be out of place. This is because the wealth of experience you will gather in less than 30 minutes will avail you of pragmatic information you might not be privileged to get in a classroom.

The Air Peace boss is, indeed, a walking encyclopedia. Early in his sojourn in life, he knew he was going to be a man destined for greatness, hence, he never took the fast route to wealth but was calm and strategic in his approach to business. Despite starting as a property merchant before moving to import, export and exhibition, he made heads way as one of the biggest investors in Nigeria’s aviation sector with the floating of Air Peace.

Having studied why some defunct airlines folded up, he leveraged his intelligence in business to move from few planes to owning fleets, hence, putting Air Peace in the leagues of industry players in Africa and the rest of the world. Despite all attempts to dent the reputation he has built over the years with dedication and hard work, he has always been vindicated.

The cosmopolitan Anambra-born business magnate who has sowed in tears is currently reaping bountifully as the Air peace is being showered accolades by all sundry for their seamless services, and customers relation.

In his quest for peace owing to his pedigree as a student in the university, during the fuel scarcity crisis the country faced recently, Allen ensured peace by interceding between government and Airline operators to ensure airlines are not grounded due to the unavailability of Aviation fuel. Many commended him for being patriotic making sure situations were sorted out amicably and everything returned to normalcy.

In a bid to show that Air Peace, under Onyema, is a leading light in the Aviation sector, the Airline was the first to announce its regional and international routes would be boarding from the newly constructed Muritala Mohammed International Airport terminal 2 MMIA2 terminals Airport in Lagos.
