United Nigeria Begins Scheduled Flights To Owerri

United Nigeria Airlines said it will begin regular scheduled flight operations to the Sam Mbakwe International Cargo Airport (SMICA) on April 8, 2021.

The inaugural Owerri flight will depart the Murtala Muhammed Airport terminal two (MMA2) in Ikeja, Lagos state at 7.00am and terminate at SMICA while it departs SMICA for MM2 at 11:30am.

A statement signed by Mr. Achilleus-Chud Uchegbu, Head, Corporate Communications for the airline, indicates that for Owerri-Abuja flights, it will depart SMICA at 8:30am for the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport (NAIA), Abuja and depart (NAIA) Abuja for SMICA at 10:00am.

This, according to him, will remain a regular schedule for United Nigeria Airlines on the Owerri route.
